Remote Deposit FAQs
A Meridian representative will work with you to install the scanner and ensure it’s working properly. Problems are rare and usually solved with a phone call. However, if you need us in your office, someone from Meridian will be there. You can contact our team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 484.395.2061.
You can submit deposits to any of your Meridian business accounts, 365/24/7. Checks deposited will be available the following business day after the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before 8:00 p.m. EST on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after 8:00 p.m. EST or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. View Federal Holiday Closures.
