Changing Your Password

Learn how to securely change your password in Meridian’s Digital Banking platform with these simple steps!

1. Once logged into Meridian’s Digital Banking, select your user profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the dropdown.
3. Select “Security” under the “Personal” menu.
4. Select “Edit” next to “Password.”
5. You will be prompted to input two-factor authentication credentials.
6. After confirming your credentials, type in your current password followed by the new password. To view the password requirements, select “Show Rules” under the “Confirm New Password” field.
