Crystal T. Weston is a 22-year, highly energetic mortgage professional and a passionate advocate for financial empowerment. Crystal has dedicated her career to mentoring first-time home buyers, veterans and formerly incarcerated individuals through educational workshops and grant assistance programs. Her work has earned multiple awards from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Association. She also has a history of working with developers as the go-to mortgage banker for affordable housing in the city of Philadelphia where she was raised. In her down time, she likes to spend time in her “Happy Place” on the beaches in Sunny Isles Miami and has also been known to conduct home buyer workshops on the beach.
