Having grown up as a tough Native Brooklynite (yes that’s a word!!) he was taught the essential blue collar values of work ethic, discipline, pride, and respect for others. He uses these values every day to provide his clients with the best service possible.
A self described “Mortgage Geek”, Shawn has been a mortgage loan professional for more than twenty (20) years and can handle any transaction from the purchase of a single family home in Georgia, to an asset-based income refinance of a multi-million dollar cooperative on New York’s Upper East Side as well as every deal type and size in between. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from SUNY Oswego along with an MBA in Finance from the RIT Saunders School of Business, Shawn understands the importance of home ownership as a life-changing wealth building tool while balancing the complexities behind what makes up a mortgage rate and how to negotiate in the best interests of his client.
A proud “Soccer and Track Dad” as well as a lifelong Mets and Jets Fan, Shawn resides on Eastern Long Island New York with his wife Cinthya and their blended family of 7 children and 2 grandchildren.
